Prices are per night per room – based on double occupancy;
extra cot or single bed or additional person $20.00 per night.
Low Season April 1 to June 15, & September 16 to December 14.
High Season December 15 to March 30, & June 16 to Sept 15

Our Booking & Cancellation Policy
We require a credit card be filed with us when we contact you to confirm your reservation. If you wish to cancel your reservation, we require 48 hours notice prior to the first night booked. If you fail to arrive on the booked date or you cancel within 48 hours of your previously booked first night, your credit card will be charged for one night at the booked rate.
December 20 – Jan 3: due to the high demand during this period, we require a minimum 3 day booking. Twenty days prior to your arrival, we request 1 night payment that is non-refundable. The balance of the payment must be made 5 days prior to the date of arrival and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation unless we are able to secure equivalent bookings for the dates, which we will make every attempt to do.
