  • Prices are per night per room – based on double occupancy (2 people per queen bed).  Please contact us to confirm pricing for fewer or more people and/or beds.
  • Extra person with extra single bed $40.00 per night, breakfast included; extra single bed only $20.00 per night
  • If you prefer to cook your own breakfast, take $5 per person/per day off the applicable rate!

Mutiple day discounts if you book directly with us by telephone or email; multiple days must be consecutive and in the same suite:
Book for 2 to 3 consecutive days – get $5 off on accommodation
Book for 4 to 6 consecutive days – get $10 off on accommodation
Book for more than 6 days, get $15 off on accommodation

* These discounts are not applicable from December 20th to January 3rd

Check in time from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the latest.  Check out time 11:00 am at the latest.    For exceptional circumstances, please contact us in advance.  Please note that we may not be able to accommodate your request.  If we are able to accommodate your request, early or late check-in charges, or late check out charges will apply.

 Our Booking & Cancellation Policy – Direct bookings

We require a credit card be filed with us to guarantee and hold your reservation.  If you wish to cancel your reservation or any part of your reservation, we require 7 days notice prior to the date of arrival.  If you fail to arrive on the booked date or you cancel within the 7 day period, your credit card will be charged for the first 2 nights of your cancelled reservation period.

December 20 – Jan 3:  due to the high demand during this period, we require a minimum 3 day booking.  Twenty days prior to your arrival, we request 1 night payment that is non-refundable.  The balance of the payment must be made 10 days prior to the date of arrival and is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation unless we are able to secure equivalent bookings for the dates, which we will make every attempt to do.
